She has helped dozens of software development teams improve their process and delivery. She has assisted in multiple Agile transformations. She believes that leadership begins by offering a helping hand. She encourages organizations and teams alike to question their process, challenge her ideas and continuously improve. She values the unique qualities each organization presents and prides herself on meeting organizations where they are at. Megan also has a passion for developing the local Agile community.
